This model is flying in ground-effect, very close to the water. It is extremely stable and it proceeds at 60 km/h at 100 mm from the water without needing radio input. It weighs 4 kg and it is using only 90 watts of power to fly in GE. It is the result of 30 years of experimentation and 117 experimental models.
